WELCOME TO AUBIN INDUSTRIES PRODUCT PORTAL
We at Aubin are excited to announce the launch of our NEW Product Portal. Once register you will have access to detailed specs, and the ability to request drawings and 3D models, and also get recommendations based on your specific requirements. When you are on our website you can access our Product Portal by just clicking on the blue icon located on the toolbar in the top right corner (please see picture below).
On the next page you will be able to register for an account, login if you have already registered, or if you forgot your password you can also reset it on this page. Once you have registered your account will be pending and you will receive an email that you have completed the registration process, once your account has been approved you will receive a second email letting you know that you now have access to the product portal. If you do not receive either email in your inbox please check your junk mail folder in case the email has been routed there.
After you have logged into the Product Portal you will now have a second toolbar at the top of the page. Start browsing our various caster and wheel selections by clicking on the dark blue ‘Product Specs’ toolbar towards the top of your screen (please see picture below). On the portal toolbar you can also search for a particular product or access our company Declarations.
Once you have found the casters and wheels you are looking for you can easily click ‘Add to Quote’ then once you are finished adding products you can ‘Submit Items for Quote’ and the Aubin team will contact you in 1-2 business days with the information you have requested. If you have a custom quote request, you can also submit that information on the ‘Quote’ form. If you would like to request a drawing or a model please follow these steps: (please see picture below)
- Add the product you are interested into the Quote Cart by selecting “Add to Quote” button
- In the “Other Requests” section (please see picture below), identify if you are looking for a drawing and/or step file
- Submit your form
