How To Get Started
To begin your registration for the product portal please click on the blue box on the top right of our websites toolbar ‘Product Portal Registration/Login’. Please fill out your information under the ‘Register for a New Account’ and click the submit button. After you have registered you will receive two emails from us, the first that you have successfully registered and the second that your account has been approved or that more information may be required.
Browsing for Casters and Wheels
Once approved you will have access to our detailed specs, you can request 3D models and drawings and get recommendations based on your specific requirements. Start browsing our various caster and wheel selections by clicking on the dark blue ‘Product Specs’ toolbar towards the top of your screen, this toolbar is only visible when you are logged into the product portal. On the portal toolbar you can also search for a particular product or access our company Declarations.
Once you have found the casters and wheels you are looking for you can easily click ‘Add to Quote’ then once you are finished adding products you can ‘Submit Items for Quote’ and the Aubin team will contact you in 1-2 business days with the information you have requested. If you have a custom quote request, you can also submit that information on the ‘Quote’ form.
