Our Slip-Fit wheels are designed to reduce the amount of thread and yarn buildup and reduce the amount of time required to service casters in this busy application. The Swivel-EAZ® Slip-Fit wheel can easily be separated so that anything tangled or caught can be discarded and then simply put back together to get back into operation.

Swivel-EAZ® wheels offer a unique, custom solution to provide greater mobility, durability, and load-carrying strength than other caster wheels. We created Swivel-EAZ® wheels to adapt to different movements and reduce turning and rolling resistance on swivel, rigid, and fixed-axle systems. They deliver a smooth, quiet roll every time. Our Slip-Fit wheel has all of the dynamics of the patented 21st century technology in our Swivel-EAZ® wheels plus the added benefit of easily separating the wheel to remove any debris that is clogging up the movement of the wheel.

When the Swivel-EAZ® Slip-Fit wheel is paired with the Swivel-EAZ® PRO caster system it has been customer tested and proven to reduce resistance up to 80% when compared to other standard swivel casters in the industry. Also, the Swivel-EAZ® PRO caster eliminates side kick, allows for resistance free omnidirectional maneuverability, unlimited caster placement, and unlimited quantity of casters on a cart, all because of its unique design characteristics.
